Join Judi to systematically and SAFELY explore four inversions that will literally turn you and yourSELF upside down! In this workshop we will move step-by-step through the strength, stability, flexibility and balance required for: Headstand, Handstand, Forearm Stand and Shoulderstand. After fully preparing the body, several variations of each "Stand" will be taught so that everyone can achieve success in experiencing the inversions.** Come to experience the profound effect that these poses have on our ability to perceive ourselves, and the world, from another perspective!
Pre-requisite: One year of yoga practice
**Students with neck or shoulder conditions WILL be safely accommodated with props and variations!
